Dianne is a lifelong resident of Elizabeth City and has 27 years in sales and customer service related fields. Terry Faison
Terry was the top producing agent in 2010 with $3.2 million dollars in sales! A lifelong resident of Camden County, Terri prides herself on “ being professional, ethical & courteous”. Great values to have! She is very active in her community and has been the Chair of the Camden County Board of Education. Dillas Lorentz
Dillas was born in Newfoundland, Canada, but has lived in the states for over nineteen years. Married to an active duty Coast Guard member, she has moved from Alaska to North Carolina several times. Her Coast Guard connections should help her business since the Coast Guard has such a strong presence in EC. Dillas lives in Moyock and plans on staying in the area for a long time! Deborah Richards
Born and raised in Northern California, Deborah is a former Dive Master and ski instructor. She relocated to NC in 1994 and never left. She’s worked for Coldwell Banker in Carolina Beach & Wake Forest and we’re glad she’s now with us! She has a BA Degree in Marine Biology and Interior Architecture with a minor in Art & Design. She’s a Professional Member of ASID with a Degree in Interior Design and a background in Home Staging. She is also very experienced in Property Management. Pam Evans
Pam is our current Broker-in-Charge of the EC office. Dual licensed, Pam also works out of the Chesapeake office. Licensed for over 20 years, Pam is a recipient of the Million Dollar Circle award. Dedicated to “exceptional service for all of your real estate needs”, Pam is very involved in the Chesapeake community and has served on the Mayor’s Committee for Affordable Housing. Pam will work with us through the transition and then focus 100% of her real estate career in Chesapeake. I’ve only known Pam a short time but am sad to see her go but glad she’s still in the CB family!
